Training Session

I am often asked so many times from my clients and also from new handlers on my facebook personal message box that how long a training session should be. Well the answer is, it depends on the phase of training you are in, it depends on the age of the particular dog, and it depends on the temperament & drive of the dog. If you are in the learning phase then a training session should not exceed more than 5 to 10 minutes but you can do as many repetitions as you want. If you make a training session long in the beginning, the dog is likely to be less interested which can ruin the training session and may end up using force. As the time passes & the dog is showing interest in training you can add time gradually. I don’t think I need to say more about training sessions in this article rather I would like to answer your questions if you have any. So just comment below or visit the section ”Ask A Question”  on our website and I will try to answer as soon as possible.
