Puppy Exercise

In the “Pack Structure & Bonding Establishment” I have explained how to be a good Pack Leader and how to Bond with your puppy. While establishing yourself as a Pack Leader by doing things that I explained in “Pack Structure & Bonding Establishment”, you also need to exercise your puppy regularly(not jogging or running for puppies). If you have time you can play ‘tug of war’(every time after you are done playing, take away the tug, never let the pup win because it’s the Pack Leader who always wins  the tug of war, and so if you win you will be the pack leader in your pup’s eyes)  and ‘fetching’ with your puppy and if you cannot manage the time to personally play with your pup then you can put your pup inside the ex-pen with his favourite toys or ‘treat toys’ or ‘bones’ for the puppy to enjoy the time on his own. However, it’s always advisable to play with your puppy personally coz that will help you bond with your pet.  If you have further queries visit “Ask A Question” section given below and post your queries.

I have a golden retriever 7 months old female puppy.
She is good at everything almost but she's very stubborn and sometime she behaves very weird like running around even if she herself is getting hurt and uncontrollably.
Can you suggest me if it's normal or there's something I can do ?
